Interior restyling of the operational and administrative headquarters on the first floor of a tertiary building located in Milan, Lambrate area. The project involved the total redistribution of the existing interior spaces (approx. 450 sq m) as well as a new extension portion (approx. 200 sq m) for a total of 650 sq m.
In addition to enhancing the reuse of as many pre-existing elements as possible (glazed partitions, suspended ceilings, fixtures, etc.), the project also refined the technological and plant engineering aspects. The incorporation of acoustic partitions, sound-absorbing floors, plant upgrade of the management software, and the use of recyclable materials are just some of the principle issues explored during the design phase.
