Code of Ethics
J+S S.p.A. has taken steps to draft this Code of Ethics with the following objectives:
- to foster a participatory approach by the various stakeholders (shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, etc.);
- to prevent illegal behavior in the way company business is conducted. In fact, attitudes by any employee of any qualification that violate the provisions of this Code of Ethics or any other regulatory act of primary or secondary source of mandatory nature are prohibited;
- enhance the company's reputation and social image both externally and internally.
Model Of Organization, Management And Control - General Part
J+S, consistent with the ethical and governance principles and the purposes established by the Articles of Association, has adopted a Model of
Organization, Management and Control (MOGC) pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 and the Code of Ethics by resolution of the Board
of directors on July 19, 2025.
The Model consists of a "General Part," containing the principles and guidelines underlying the structure of the
Model itself, and a "Special Part," containing the potentially applicable predicate offenses based on
sensitive activities and accompanied by control protocols and operational protocols.

J+S has been operating with BIM system for several years and has been certified for Architecture and Infrastructure business units since 2020.
