Our Story

Over 30 years of evolution and innovation in integrated design

Our company traces its roots back to 1993, when it was founded under the name Sering S.r.l. - Engineering Company.
From the very beginning, the goal has been to offer quality technical solutions driven by expertise, vision and attention to context.
Over the years, the company has experienced steady growth, evolving in structure, approach and areas of intervention.

Today, J+S S.p.A. is a multidisciplinary integrated design company with more than 30 years of international experience. The team of more than 90 professionals is able to develop and manage complex projects thanks to its diverse established expertise, particularly in the areas of Hydraulic, Road, Sports and Leisure Infrastructure. Many years of expertise in integrated design and Construction Supervision/CSE, as well as the synergy between the various Business Units (architecture, hydraulics and infrastructure) emphasize projects in which innovation, material sustainability, energy, environmental comfort and design become the protagonists.

Underlying our design vision is Louis Sullivan's principle of "Form follows function," which guides every choice toward solutions in which aesthetics and functionality blend harmoniously.
Technological innovation and sustainability are not added elements, but essential components of design. The adoption of BIM has enabled us for years to manage the project in an integrated way, controlling interference between disciplines at an early stage and ensuring a synergistic workflow between architecture, structures and systems. With parametric modeling and realistic renderings, clients can track the evolution of the project, facilitating informed decisions and reducing critical issues during the execution phase. The integration of home automation and automation enables the development of intelligent and adaptive spaces, improving living comfort and building management. We are experts in designing wooden buildings, using materials from guaranteed and certified supply chains to ensure quality and sustainability.
